Food cart
A food cart is a small mobile food stand, often pushed by hand, used for coffee, hot dogs, ice cream and other short menus. Health departments often call it a pushcart and regulate it more lightly than an enclosed food truck.
Size rules are local. King County, Washington limits a sidewalk cart body to 3 by 6 feet with two wing extensions of no more than 18 inches each, and says cities may require smaller. Texas says pushcarts need overhead protection but don't need to be enclosed.
The layout maker has 6 ft food cart and 4 ft coffee cart presets you can resize. See food truck dimensions for how carts compare with trucks and trailers.
